FAMILY LAW
- We require a Stamped issued Copy (Court stamp in the bottom corner)
- Application for Divorce needs to be served 29 days before the hearing date.
- Otherwise, contact the court for a new date or we may be able to assist.
- It is recommended to give or send the documents to us 2 months before the court date.
- Please ensure the address for service is clearly noted home (and work too if possible)
- Please supply a PHOTO of the respondent
- Payment is accepted by: Direct Deposit, internet transfer or Money Order.
- Your Contact: Please ensure your Name, Phone, e-mail, and address are provided
- A receipt will be sent to you after the completion of our service
